• Display Collections ships to the continental United States only. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii cannot be accepted.
  • Display Collections will ship your in-stock merchandise within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Should there be a delay we will contact you with shipping information.
  • In the case of a backordered product, you will be notified and given the option to (1) cancel your order or (2) place your order on hold until the product arrives.
  • UPS Ground is our primary shipping method and you can expect your shipment within 5 - 10 business days of your order. A street address is necessary for UPS delivery (UPS will not deliver to a P.O. address).
  • We reserve the right to ship by the method of our choice for all sales; if you need faster service or desire a particular carrier or shipping method, contact us with your request and we will try to accommodate you. We regret that we can no longer ship internationally.
  • For Heavy/Oversized products, an shipping surcharge may be added to the regular shipping and handling.

Please call customer service at 800-379-4496 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 14 days of purchase date. Merchandise must be received back within 21 days of receipt, and must preserve the original packaging. Depending on your payment type, we will credit your credit card and or send you a check within one week of receiving the product. Return postage is not refunded.
